How much does a website cost in Morocco in 2026? Real figures
“It depends” is the market's most common answer — and the least useful one. Here are public figures, what they cover, and what really moves a quote up or down.

Why almost nobody publishes prices
Search for website prices in Morocco: you will find plenty of quote forms and very few amounts. That opacity suits providers — every quote gets negotiated case by case — but it wastes your time: you cannot budget without making three calls first.
We made the opposite choice: our prices are public, on the pricing page. This article puts them in context so you can read any quote — ours or a competitor's.
A showcase website: 9 900 to 34 900 MAD excl. VAT
A showcase site presents your company, services and contact details: it is what answers when a prospect types your name into Google. We offer three tiers: 9 900 MAD, 19 900 MAD and 34 900 MAD excluding VAT, depending on the scale of content and features — each tier is detailed on the pricing grid.
On the Moroccan market, a serious business website generally sits in this range. Below a certain threshold, the question is not “why is it so cheap?” but “what is not included?” — the answer is almost always in the next section.
An online store: from 23 900 MAD excl. VAT
Selling online adds three workstreams that do not exist on a showcase site: online payment, delivery and stock management. That is what explains the price gap — with us, a store starts at 23 900 MAD excl. VAT.
Before you commit, check that a store is the right first step: we wrote a dedicated article on that choice — showcase site or online store.
What really moves a quote
For the same scope, four factors explain most of the gap between two quotes:
- Content. Who writes the copy, who provides the photos? A site where the provider produces the content costs more than one where you deliver everything ready to publish.
- Languages. A site in French and English is not a site translated at the end: every page exists in two copies that must both be maintained.
- Features. A simple form or an appointment booking, a browsable catalogue or a client area: every added feature has to be designed, built and tested.
- Taking over an existing site. Recovering an old site, its addresses and its search ranking is invisible but real work — neglect it and your site vanishes from search results.
The cost nobody mentions: after going live
A website is not a purchase, it is a living thing: it needs hosting, a domain name renewed on time, real backups and someone watching that everything holds. A site delivered then abandoned degrades in silence — until the day it disappears with a forgotten renewal.
That is the role of our Web Presence plan, at 390 MAD excl. VAT per month (or 690 MAD excl. VAT for the Plus version): everything that keeps the site alive after launch, in a monthly fee known in advance. When you compare two quotes, compare that line too: a low build price with vague follow-up often costs more over three years.
And the state can fund part of it
The public Mowakaba programme covers 80 to 90% of an eligible digitalisation project, up to 40 000 MAD. We explained how it works in a dedicated article.
How to read a quote, in practice
Three questions are enough to separate offers that look identical: do you own the site, files and domain name included? What happens after delivery — who hosts, who backs up, who answers? And does the price cover a finished site, content in place, or a template still to be filled?
All amounts in this article are in Moroccan dirhams excluding VAT; 20% VAT is added on the invoice. They match our current public grid — the one you can consult at any time, with no form to fill in.
